Unfortunately, there has recently been news of their split, too.
While Colt has kept the whole situation very hush-hush, Vanessa has been making a lot of shocking statements on her social media. One of them was how they were in the middle of the divorce. Now, there is a lot of speculation about their case. Many fans suggest Colt is being intentional when it comes to not divorcing Vanessa. Could it be because of the alimony?

It has been some time since fans got to see Colt and Vanessa on screen. They did seem to be doing fine when they appeared as recurring stars in Debbie Johnson’s storyline. But, almost a year later, they are on the opposite end of the spectrum. Guerra took to her Instagram to reveal she had left Colt. It happened after some 90 Day Fiance fans saw him on Tinder and wondered if he was cheating on Vanessa.
But Vanessa replied she had left him a month ago. That’s not all. In a new Instagram post, she also responded that her divorce with Colt is ongoing. While they had filed, he was refusing to “sign.” Due to this, fans have put on their thinking caps to speculate why he was not doing this. Some feel Colt may be in hopes of saving his marriage.
Others feel it might just be a financial decision. As in, Colt is maybe looking for ways to avoid paying his ex, alimony. The reports did say the couple filed “jointly.” As per the law, in such cases, both parties get to decide the amount of alimony. But chances are Colt may have plans to file a separate petition to avoid giving his ex money altogether. But it is merely a speculation and there is no confirmation about this.

In a new Ask Anything session, Vanessa revealed a few more things from her life. While her divorce with Colt was the most shocking, she also spilled more tea. A fan wanted to know if she was with someone else already now that her husband is out of the picture. Well, the 90 Day Fiance star coyly said that someone in Reno had her attention. But there were some things she wanted to take care of before going after something new.
Chances are, Vanessa may be referring to her online divorce. Hence, she may have plans to completely and legally divorce Colt fully before a new relationship. As far as the latter is concerned, fans did see him on Tinder, i.e., on the dating app. Then, they saw a post on Colt’s profile where he was spending time with Angela’s ex-best friend, JoJo.
