However, the quest to look perfect convinced her that she needed another round of surgery. She was trying hard to convince her family, while the latter clearly opposed the idea.

90 Day Fiance: Did Loren Undergo The Second Round Of Mommy Makeover?
Loren Brovarnik and her mommy makeover journey were featured on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After. She underwent a seven-hour surgery to get back in to her original shape. However, the celeb felt that she had lost most of her fat transfer and wasn’t satisfied with the results. That is when Loren came up with the idea of having a second round of her natural mommy makeover.
Loren expressed her will to have bigger breasts. She consulted Dr Dev Vibhakar and announced, “I wanted bigger boobs” in front of her family. Though Alexei and her parents were against this idea, she appeared to be determined. As per the reports, the celeb has completely healed from her first round, as she underwent surgery in September 2023. That is why she could have easily gone for another round in 2024.
But as per the current scenario, Loren hasn’t talked about going for another round. Apparently, she documented her first one and shared it on social media. Currently, all of her Instagram posts are either about Israel or her family. Moreover, if Loren secretly went for another round, she wouldn’t have been able to take a trip to Israel because of her unhealed body. She is even featured playing and running after her kids, which further hints that she hasn’t taken the big step yet!
90 Day Fiance: Alexei Wouldn’t Support Loren For The Second Round
90 Day Fiance star Alexei Brovarnik is clearly Loren’s biggest supporter. He does everything for the latter and proves to be a great husband during her surgery. The celeb looked after the entire house when his wife was on her bed rest. However, when it comes to having a second round of mommy makeover procedure, Alexei isn’t ready to support Loren at all. He straight away dismissed the idea of it.
Alexei made it clear that he wasn’t Loren’s nanny at all and couldn’t look after everything on his own every time. Moreover, Loren’s mother also supported him and tried to convince her daughter. The matriarch explained that if God wanted to give her bigger breasts, he would have given them to her naturally. Hence, she also feels that Loren should be happy with her natural beauty now.
On the other hand, Alexei was again in shock when Loren proposed the idea of going back to work. He again denied supporting her as he felt that their kids needed her the most. Hence, it will be interesting to know if Loren would go against her family to fulfill her will or not.
