In a new trailer for the upcoming season, Meri throws serious shade at Robyn. Many fans felt shocked watching the clip, as the women were once quite close.
But now that Kody and Meri have gone their separate ways, Meri and Robyn’s relationship seems to be in shambles too. Read on to get the scoop.
Meri Brown Makes Jabs At Robyn’s Age Amid Problems With Kody
Kody and Meri Brown have had martial issues for years. The catfishing scandal certainly escalated things, but Meri is really feeling the pain of their split this season.
“You know how he’s been acting, the things that he’s been saying for years and we haven’t had a relationship for a long time,” Meri states in the new teaser. “Ever since we moved to Flagstaff, I mean when we moved there, he was like, ‘This will be a great time for a new beginning.’”
Although Meri admits her relationship with Kody was great at first, things quickly went downhill.
“I honestly feel sad for him if that’s what he’s having to tell himself to justify that he and I started this family,” the TLC star shared in a confessional. “Like why, because Robyn was only 10 [years old] at the time, 12?”
Meri goes on to admit she feels Kody pushed her out of their marriage on purpose. Her friend suggests that Kody is having some sort of bizarre midlife crisis.
“This is honestly how I felt for quite, quite a long time,” Meri added. “Is that he says these things to try to push me out because if he can push me out and I leave, he’s not the bad guy because he didn’t walk away.”
