MYKELTI Brown has thrown a gender reveal party during the latest episode of Sister Wives, with some key family members not in attendance.
Fans of the TLC show noticed Meri Brown, 52, and her child Leon, 28, were missing from the Zoom party during Sunday’s episode.
Mykelti, the 27-year-old daughter of Christine Brown, 51, and her ex Kody Brown, 54, was seen throwing a virtual gathering to reveal the gender of her unborn twins.
The Sister Wives star currently shares three children with her husband Tony Padron: Avalon, two, and twins Archer and Ace, now 11 months.
The gender reveal party was for the twins, which showed Mykelti and Tony pulling two hand-held cannons that fired blue dust into the air, revealing that they were expecting two boys.
The call showed most of the family members tuning in, including Kody’s former wives Christine and Janelle, as well as their children.
Even Kody and his last standing wife, Robyn Brown, tuned in for the party – despite friction between him and his ex-wives, along with some of his children.
However, two key family members, Meri and Leon, as well as Robyn’s children, were not present for the Zoom call.
Meri was notably out of town during the time of the call, however, could have possibly signed on from where she was staying.
MISSING MERI
Taking to an online thread, viewers questioned why the two were not invited and/or present for the important moment.
One user asked: “OK, so does anyone know WHY Meri was not invited? Also nobody mentioned Leon, and I didn’t spot them on the family video chat, so…What’s the problem there?”
They continued: “Mykelti did a WHOLE SPEECH about how her dream is to have the family reunited.
“Then Christine, in her confessional, says something cryptic about how ‘Meri will never be invited to something for Mykelti or her (Mykelti’s) kids.’”
