Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member Mike Eloshway from season 1 could be facing a sentence of 20 years in prison. Mike, from Ohio, was first seen in the 2014 season of the reality TV show with Aziza Mazhidova from Volgograd, Russia. Mike had met Aziza on a language learning site when he was 31 years old, and she was 21. Despite having intimacy issues after Aziza came to the U.S., the couple got married in October 2013. Mike and Aziza lived a quiet life off-camera but made it to the news when they welcomed a baby daughter, Olivia, in January 2019.
Mike and Aziza’s current relationship status is unknown. Fans have been curious about whether Aziza stayed together with Mike after he was charged with two counts of possessing inappropriate material relating to children. Mike and Aziza had celebrated Easter 2023 together before he was indicted. After the news of his arrest for CP/CSAM charges, Mike deleted his Instagram account and Aziza had made her account private.
Mike Eloshway Was Arrested In June 2023
According to court records obtained by WHIO-TV, Mike was charged with one count of “Receipt and Distribution of Visual Depictions of Real Minors Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct,” as well as a count of “Possession” of child content in June 2023. An indictment against Mike alleged that he had downloaded several child videos between February 13, 2022, and March 27, 2023. Moreover, “at least” one of these videos was of a child younger than 12 years old. Mike was indicted in the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division as per InTouch.

Mike posted a bond of $20,000 on June 28, 2023, the same day that he was arraigned. There were several conditions on which Mike was released, as per Starcasm. These included computer/internet restrictions and Mike was not allowed to associate with anyone under the age of 18 unless the minor was accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Mike was also not permitted to frequent or loiter within 1,000 feet of schoolyards, playgrounds, theme parks, etc. where persons under 18 would be present. Mike would need prior written approval from the U.S. Pretrial Services and Probation Office.

Cleveland reported that Mike’s black HP laptop which was seized from his home in a May 2023 raid had 7,182 videos or images of child content. The agreement would have advisory sentencing between 12 years 4 months to 15 years 7 months in prison. Mike pleaded not guilty in the case. If Mike gets convicted at trial, he will serve 15 to 20 years, which is the maximum prison time.
