N-Power Batch C News Update: Federal Government hints on those to be enrolled

More than 4.48 million Nigerians have so far applied on the online portal for N-Power’s third batch of recruits.
The Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Farouq, provided the update via his Twitter page on Sunday evening.
Only 400,000 applicants will be absorbed into the third batch of the N-Power National Social Investment Scheme (NSIP) at the end of the recruitment exercise.
Sadiya Umar Farouq, Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, on Friday gave an update on the N-Power programme as Batch C will commence soon.
She spoke at an event in commemoration of the ministry’s first year anniversary in Abuja.
Farouq announced that as at the last count, 109, 823 beneficiaries from Batch A and B have set up businesses in their communities.
“We have successfully exited the 500,000 Batch A and B beneficiaries and closed registration for Batch C with a total of 5,042,001 registrations received.”
The minister assured that applicants to be selected would be just the qualified ones.

“As we move to the selection stage, the Ministry will ensure due diligence will be applied to ensure that only duly qualified applicants are enrolled,” Farouq said.

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs Disaster Management and Social Development hereby invites you to register into the NEXIT portal, your gateway to new opportunities.
Please note you must be a Batch A or a Batch B N-Power beneficiary to be registered in the NEXIT portal.
The data collated on the NEXIT portal is to determine the suitability of the exiting N-Power beneficiaries for the CBN affiliated programs and is dependent on meeting the criteria and conditions set by the CBN for the said programs.
