Sister Wives star, Kody Brown and the women who once made up the polygamous marriage featured on the TLC series seem to have a few themes spinning for Season 19. So far, it appears the family’s tragedy plays a big part in moving forward, with some changes seen ahead of the new season’s premiere.
Sister Wives Season 19 Update… Kody Brown Meets David Woolley
In Season 19, fans see Kody Brown do something he’s never done before, either on or off camera. And it’s something the Sister Wives fans have waited to see since Christine Brown severed her marriage to Kody.
Now, as a married woman, of course, her husband will accompany her to any family events. And while the fans know that David Woolley has been at a couple of Sister Wives family occasions with Kody also there, now they get to see it.
So, according to what Christine said, the Sister Wives fans will witness the first face-to-face meeting of Kody and her new husband… and what does that look like? Christine explains how that went over with both her husband and Kody.
Janelle Brown and Christine Brown Head in the Same Direction
The shocking death of Garrison Brown occurred while the family was filming for Season 19. So far, Janelle Brown, Garrison’s mom, has taken a very open-book approach with the Sister Wives fans. Her daughter suggested they want to bring awareness to suicide, and the signs seen in hindsight.
Some of the adult Sister Wives children have also made it their mission to bring awareness to suicide. They focused on the mental illness that pushes a person to this tragic ending. So, with that said, the aftermath of this tragedy is expected to air in Season 19.
This awful event changed the way Janelle lives today. She is making as many memories as she can with her children. This weekend, she posted photos of a trip to Disneyland with Gabriel Brown and Savanah Brown.
It looks like Christine is also on that same wavelength. Over the weekend, Christine Brown Woolley and David Woolley gathered some of their kids and grandchildren together. Then they headed for Chuck E. Cheese.
So, despite the demise of Kody’s polygamous marriage, it looks like bringing the individual families and not the original big family together is a theme for Season 19. But they mentioned nothing about any time spent with Kody Brown. Still, when the new Sister Wives season kicks off, this could look different with Kody.
Sister Wives: Meri Brown Creates New Life
Meri Brown has moved lock, stock, and, barrel to her B&B in Utah. This is her home base today. It turns out that Meri may have been a bit premature in revealing Amos Andrews to the Sister Wives fans.
He was her new love interest during the filming of Season 19. So, there’s a chance she introduced him because he may have made it into the new season. But, Sister Wives followers know that relationship is a thing of the past.
Speaking of things of the past, Meri Brown and Robyn Brown seem to have had a falling out. While Meri didn’t officially reveal this, any mention of her relationship with Robyn stopped many months ago. Meri has not had the best luck when attracting new friendships. Her catfishing incident was a friendship that imploded, and then Amos didn’t pan out.
Some fans who follow Janelle and Christine online worry that the same thing happened to them. Neither has mentioned the other in a post for a long time now. But behind the scenes, they could be as close as ever, just too busy to get together.
Still, Meri found a new best buddy, and this time she got lucky. Her best friend of a few years now, Jenn Sullivan may steal the show. Everyone loves “Just Jenn,” a term she coined for herself. She filmed with Meri for both Sister Wives Seasons 18 and 19.
Kody Brown & Robyn Brown in Their New Little World
Sister Wives fans want to discover the reasons for some of the things that transpired with Kody Brown and Robyn Brown after Garrison Brown’s death. So, when Season 19 rolls out, they’ll be watching to see why the CARE Unit was summoned to Kody’s home after the death of his son.
They also want to know why Kody didn’t return to Garrison’s house with Gabriel when he went to get him after the tragedy was discovered. The police report indicates they expected Kody to return with Gabe, but then the report said the Sister Wives son returned alone.
Then hints surfaced during this hiatus that Robyn and Kody employed some PR help. This came from one of the adult kids a while ago. They also learned that Robyn hated doing this show. The now-monogamous couple stayed mysteriously quiet between seasons. So, some Sister Wives fans think this could be due to advice from a PR expert.
It could be a plan for Kody Brown and his only wife left to stay out of the public eye while the dust settles. It appears some fans think this could be advice they got from a PR expert.
Sister Wives Season 19 Start Date…
So, it looks like Sister Wives Season 19 opens up with an entirely new version of the Kody Brown family. While there’s no date yet for the airing of the new season, TLC usually doesn’t announce this too far in advance.
The debut date for the last several Sister Wives seasons came from one of the family members. Then TLC followed with their official announcement just a couple of weeks before the season rolled out. So, with that said, the new season could roll out in a matter of weeks or months, as the timing between seasons is traditionally unpredictable.
